Dough ingredient:
- 1 cup water or fresh milk
- 2.5 cup bread flour
- 0.5 cup quick cook oat
- 50g butter
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tsp yeast
Vegetable filling ingredient:
- 1 handfull of parsley leaf, season with salt and pepper for better taste.
Instruction:
- Knead dough using bread machine. Set your bread machine to dough cycle. My machine takes 1.5hrs.
- When done, divide dough into 8 pcs.
- Fill each dough with vegetable filling.
- Let it raise to double size, takes ~1.5 hrs.
- Bake at 170 degree for ~30 mins till brown.
