Parsley Bun

I've used bread machine to knead dough. I'll post the picture the next time I make this bun.

Dough ingredient:

  1. 1 cup water or fresh milk
  2. 2.5 cup bread flour
  3. 0.5 cup quick cook oat
  4. 50g butter
  5. 1 tbsp salt
  6. 1 tbsp sugar
  7. 1.5 tsp yeast

Vegetable filling ingredient:

  1. 1 handfull of parsley leaf, season with salt and pepper for better taste.

Instruction:

  1. Knead dough using bread machine. Set your bread machine to dough cycle. My machine takes 1.5hrs.
  2. When done, divide dough into 8 pcs.
  3. Fill each dough with vegetable filling.
  4. Let it raise to double size, takes ~1.5 hrs.
  5. Bake at 170 degree for ~30 mins till brown.
