Parsley Bun

I've used bread machine to knead dough. I'll post the picture the next time I make this bun.

Dough ingredient:

1. 1 cup water or fresh milk
2. 2.5 cup bread flour
3. 0.5 cup quick cook oat
4. 50g butter
5. 1 tbsp salt
6. 1 tbsp sugar
7. 1.5 tsp yeast

Vegetable filling ingredient:

1. 1 handfull of parsley leaf, season with salt and pepper for better taste.
   

Instruction:

1. Knead dough using bread machine. Set your bread machine to dough cycle. My machine takes 1.5hrs.
2. When done, divide dough into 8 pcs.
3. Fill each dough with vegetable filling.
4. Let it raise to double size, takes ~1.5 hrs.
5. Bake at 170 degree for ~30 mins till brown.

Don't drive too fast

Ru Xue, primary 1, go to student care centre after school everyday.
He always request daddy and mummy to pick him up early, preferably 5:30 pm.

Today, he made the same request again while walking to school.

Ru Xue: Mummy, can you pick me up earlier.
Mummy: I'll try my best to arrive by 6:00 pm.
Ru Xue: Mummy, you can try your best to pick me at 6:00pm, but don't drive too fast. It is OK to arrive later, I can wait for you.

Over the weekend of 27 Oct during year end school holiday, we went to Holiday Inn Melaka (newly opened on Monday 1st October 2007) is the city's newest hotel with an unrivalled view of the picturesque Straits of Melaka.

Favorite spot is this outdoor swimming pool overlooking the sea.
